At MONDO תכשיטים, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original MONDO packaging and ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our studio using a trackable shipping service or drop it off at one of our designated collection points.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7 business days.
